Place the “tow hook puck” on top of the first tow hook with the short bolt towards the back of the vehicle and the long bolt towards the front of the truck.
Have your helper hold the guard while you line up the bolt pattern. The front bumper connection point goes under the tow hook puck. Begin with the front bolt then start the back.Tighten just enough so that you still have some play for adjustment.
Repeat Step 2 on the other tow hook.
Pick up the center of the bumper guard and place it between the two corner pieces while making sure the d-ring connectors are properly fit through the centerpiece of the bumper guard. Have your helper lift the centerpiece while you fit the top bolts in and continue to place the remaining bolts in their proper holes and tighten.
Once the centerpiece is tight and in place, step back and decide if the bumper guard needs a leveling adjustment. Use the set screws on the bottom of the puck to lower the high side of the bumper into adjustment.
Check each bolt and screw to make sure everything is tight.
